I couldn't be more overjoyed to bring the power of mentorship to Charlotte, NC.

For a long time, I've been dedicated to empowering people in their personal and professional lives, but when I developed my first corporate mentorship program in 2019, I realized this was my chance to scale that impact organizationally. Yes – a mentorship program holds the potential to impact every single person at your company at once. But it must incorporate change management, continuous improvement, inclusive principles and design thinking to work well. And that's what Mentor Circle is bringing to the table.

Through 1:1 coaching, program development, maturity assessments and executive training, we work with organizations of any size to help them implement mentorship programs to drive employee engagement and minimize attrition; in turn, companies see satisfied employees that drive business performance that relies upon engagement (think, recruitment, sales and client satisfaction).

You might be wondering, is this for mentees? Mentors? Facilitators? But the answer is simply, yes. It's for all.

• Facilitators: We consider anyone who wants to bring a mentorship program to their company a facilitator (whether you're an L&D manager, HR director or C-suite professional), we'd love to chat with you about your organizational needs.

  
  

• Mentors & mentees: In 2025, we'll launch our mentor community – you'll join a network of cross-industry professionals looking for a mentor or mentee; and we'll handle the matching, resources and quality assurance to ensure you get the results you need to launch your career forward.
